Changeover day
Change over day is Friday, vacate by 10am, and flat will be available at 1pm, for arrival and departures outside of these times some flexibility may be possible depending on other bookings.

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning, private car parking space in front of the apartment, all the facilities of the golf course on your doorstep including a bar, restaurant, tennis courts, driving range and 18 hole golf course.
Accessibility
Ramps are installed all over the complex for golf buggy access and should prove useful to wheelchair users. The apartments are on one level, but have not been adapted for people for mobility problems. Please ask for an honest appraisal.
Outside
20m shared pool (shared with 30 apartments) set within tranquil grassy area. The apartments have large patios with outdoor furniture and BBQ provided.
Coast/Beach
20 minutes walk to large sandy beach of Son Parc. Very shallow bay which is perfect for swimming, snorkelling or just messing around. Menorca is very small and famous for it's tiny sandy coves which you can find yourself the only occupant. Everywhere is within 45 minutes drive.

On-site golf.

Local dive school offers novice and experienced divers excellent facilities, please ask for more details.
Travel
20 minutes drive to/from Mahon airport. Car hire is recommended and can be arranged for you. 15 minutes to the port of Mahon where regular ferries arrive from Barcelona and Valencia (via Majorca).
Distances
10 minutes walk to Son Parc village. 10 minutes drive to town of Es Mercadel.
Further details
10 minutes walk to local supermarket. Banks can be found in the historic and beautiful capital of Mahon, a mere 20 minutes drive away - regular bus services also operate.
