| Kitchen: | The kitchen has oven, hob, fridge/freezer dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. Everything for a self catering holiday. |
| Living Rooms: | Tastefully furnished lounge/dining room with dining table and chairs, large L-shaped sofa and coffee table. Sky TV stereo system with a large range of CDs and a ceiling fan. The windows have views of the harbour and patio door leads to the balcony. |

Vista Mar is only 5 mins walk from the small rocky beach of cala Pedrera and the beautiful beaches of Menorca are only a short drive, or bus ride away.
Distances
Es Castell is only 15 mins from the airport. Mahon with it's shops and marina is 5 mins by car or a 20 min walk. The marina boasts a wide selection of excellent restaurants overlooking the sea, also many boat trips.
