The villa is situated in one of the best locations to be found in the Puerto Pollensa/Alcudia areas. Bonaire (also spelt Bon Aire) & Mal Pas are at the entrance to the Victoria peninsular which is a protected area. The Pine Forests here are unspoiled and walkers will find wonderful views of both bays, Pto Pollensa, Formentor and Alcudia bay from the top of the mountain and on a clear day the island of Menorca. Villa Bonaire therefore is in a peaceful location away from the tourist resorts yet close enough to benefit from the facilities they provide. The crocodilo marina is a walk away with its sea food restaurant and chil out bar. The villa is light and fresh with each room opening onto a terrace. The garden is predominantly lawns with a large pool and tropical plants.

Villa Bonaire sleeps 6 persons - 2 large double bedrooms, 1 twin Bedroom and 2 bathrooms, a washroom, large lounge - dining room, TV room with computer and broadband internet connection, 5 large terraces, kitchen, laundry facilities, all the rooms are light and airy and the master bedroom has air-conditioning. For the winter months the villa is fitted with oil central heating. This modern villa offers an exceptionally fine level of comfort. Each room opens onto a balcony or terrace with fabulous views across the bay of Pollensa. Looking toward Formentor and the Tramuntana mountains beyond and the pine forests of Victoria. The villa also has the advantage of being within a 10 minute drive of the new Golf course in Alcanada, the port of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, the old town of Alcudia, the old town of Pollensa, Cala San Vincent and the inland towns of Sa Pobla and Muro.

Take a stroll down to the Crocodilo Marina and enjoy excellent fresh fish in the restaurant there, Manolo and Antonia will be happy to see you.
This special little corner of Mallorca is away from the tourists and difficult to leave. The large swimming pool and well kept gardens of the villa are private and peaceful, with many little corners to enjoy a good book or your own company. The roof terrace is always a favourite with guests for the panoramic views and magnificent sunsets. One gentle word of warning, Mallorca or Majorca however you wish to spell it will find a place in your heart after your time here. You will come back!
