Accessibility
No wheelchair access. The apartment is situated on the third floor and may be unsuitable for the elderly and people with walking diffculties and those with specific respiratory complaints.
Outside
There is access to balcony and terrace areas from the living room and each bedroom. As being situated so near to the beach there is no swimming pool there is a public swimming pool 500m if required.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is a 2 minute walk from the main Palma Nova beach by the marina with 2 other beaches connecting. A range of water sports are available in the summer season.
Golf
Several golf coures within 15mins drive Santa Ponsa, Magaluf, Son Veida and many more within 30mins drive.
Travel
Palma airport (PMI) is 20 minutes away and easily accessible by public transport or taxi. Local buses operate to other resorts.
Distances
For those who want to experience Mallorca, there is a regular bus service to Palma to enjoy the sights and history. Santa Ponsa 7 kl away Andrax market is 17kl app, the history of Valldemossa set in the hills is 20 min drive away.

Cash machines are situated in most areas, good choice of resturants and cafe lively bars within 5mins walk. Magaluf is easy 20min walk for those who want to experience the nightlife of the area.Fantasia golf is 2mins away, Marineworld 10min drive,2 waterparks in Magaluf 12mins drive, shops of Palma 20min drive. Famous Pirate show is situated in Magaluf aswell.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is payable to secure booking with the balance becoming available 6 weeks before arrival. A returnable deposit of £150 is required for breakages and additional cleaning if damage has occurred.
