The cottage is located in the charming and outstanding area of Bellavista, plenty of beaches and natural beauty. The area is quite near to the city of Palma de Mallorca, just 15 mins by car and well connected by public transport. It is also 10 mins from the airport and 5 minutes from Arenal, one of the most well known touristic areas of the island. There are also supermarkets and bars in the area. Bellavista is next to Calablava, and both offer several small and lovely beaches to enjoy the sun and the peace. The location is also near other most recognised beaches like El Trenc or Cala Pi.
