The apartment is situated in Puerto Portals just 20 minutes from Palma airport. Halfway between the historic capital of Palma and the picturesque marina of Andratx. The apartment offers 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, stylish lounge and dining area, a well equipped kitchen and spacious terrace for alfresco dining overlooking the marina. A short walk will take you into the port with a varied menu of restaurants from simple pizza and pasta to 5 star cuisine. The beach is a 2 minute walk away or the complex offers a pool and south facing sunbathing terrace. Out of the port and a 5 minute walk will take you to the village of Portals Nous where you will find supermarkets, chemist, banks and again a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants for all tastes. The surrounding area of SW Mallorca has a wide variety of entertainment on offer from The Pirates Adventure to water parks, crazy golf, go-karting, a casino etc. The holiday resorts of Magaluf, Palma Nova, Santa Ponsa are also nearby.

Changeover day
Changeover day is preferably Saturday to Saturday in the high season. Out of season all dates considered. Arrival time is 2pm and checkout time is 10am depending on other bookings.

| Bathrooms: | 1 full en-suite. 1 full family bathroom. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equipped with Bosch appliances. It has hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room contains the washing machine and tumble dryer also the water heater. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge area is split with the dining area and decorated with good taste. There is a flat screen TV with satellite system and DVD player. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen and towels are included and will be changed after each rental period. Extra cleaning and linen can be arranged at an extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air conditioned.
Outside
The terrace to the apartment is a good size with table and chairs for alfresco dining overlooking the port and watching the world go by.
The swimming pool is communal and has loungers on the south facing sunbathing terrace. Around the complex are well maitained mediterranean gardens.
Golf
There are many golf courses in the SW of Mallorca. The closest to the apartment is the Real Golf Bendinat just 5 mins away by car. Other courses are Santa Ponsa I and II, Poniente, Son Vida. If you require tee times to be booked or just more information re the golf courses, please ask.
Travel
A 20 minute drive from Palma airport will bring you to the complex. Car hire is not necessary as everything is within walking distance. If you wish to discover other parts of the island then we can arrange car hire for you.
Further details
Within a 15 minute drive of the apartment you will find Marineland, 2 water parks, golf courses, Pirates adventure evening show not to be missed, a casino and much more including the livelier resorts of Magalluf, Palma Nova and Santa Ponsa. There is also a walkway and cycle path from near the complex through Palma Nova, Magaluf, El Toro and other coastal resorts for the more energetic!
Booking notes
A deposit is required of 30 percent on booking and the balance would be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit will also be taken of 1000 euros this will be returned once the property has been checked for breakages and damage.
