This first floor apartment has just been brought into the 21st century with a complete refurbishment, it has been dressed and designed with luxury and quality in mind, it has only the best sumptuous furniture, fixtures and fittings throughout; one king size bedded room, with bed linen provided, a balcony to the bedroom and views onto the small street below. It has a mosaic tiled en-suite shower room, with power shower and with towels and hand soap provided. Mahogany wooden floors throughout, brand new fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob, extractor, oven, fresh cloths and washing up products supplied. Large lounge and dining area with Italian leather furniture and Spanish objects d'art. There is also a single pull out bed in the lounge area for occasional use. The ceiling is inset with dimmer spot lighting, there is Sky satellite, LCD TV, DVD, internet WiFi access, air conditioning and security entrance video phone. Everything in this property is brand new.

Changeover day
During high season - 27 June until 12 September 2008, changeover is restricted to Saturday's only. All other times are flexible.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom one has a double bed, and two 'open out' beds in the living room, ideally for children or teenagers. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom. Towels are included for all guests. The bathroom contains wc and power shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has barely been used since the property was complete, but is equipped to cater for up to 8 people. There is an oven, hob fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of crockery, glasses and general kitchen items. |
| Utility Room: | Items stocked includes a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, coat hangers and additional storage space for suitcases. |
| Living Rooms: | The dining area has a beautiful set of hand made chairs and table, The lounge area is very spacious, with a giant white leather sofa that sits 8 people. The flat screen TV has English satellite. There is a DVD player and internet access. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
One set of towels and linen and the cost of the cleaning of the property is all included in the price shown for the apartment. However if additional cleaning, or changes of towels are required during the stay then this is easily available at extra cost. |

Coast/Beach
The Paseo Maritimo is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The nearest beach is in Portixol only a short bus ride or 15 minutes walking. Mallorca's coast line runs around the island for hundreds of kilometres, all beaches, coves and bays are easily accessible by car, taxi or excursion
Golf
A range of over 20 golf courses are available throughout Mallorca. The closest is in Son Termens in Palmanyola 10 minutes away by car. All the others range from 15 minutes to 1 hour maximum

Palma airport is only 5 kilometres away. We can also organise your car hire or airport transfer, please request information when booking.
