Villa with a private secluded pool in a peaceful location. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms. This villa is set in a Menorquin style garden in a secluded residential area above the lovely Binisafua coastline. The sheltered, sandy beach is a 5 minute walk away and provides safe swimming for all abilities. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance and the popular village of Binibeca is about 20 minutes walk away, 5 minutes by car. Binibeca has a good selection of shops, boutiques and restaurants. There are a number of supermarkets within easy driving distance therefore a car is recommended.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Changeover days for low season bookings can be flexible. Long lets considered. Arrival time is after 2pm and departure time is 10am, unless otherwise agreed.

All towels and linen are included (except beach towels). For two week stays a maid service is included where linen is changed and bathrooms cleaned. |

Accessibility
Due to the position of the pool this may not be suitable for very young children or people with mobility problems.

French doors leading from the living room onto a covered alfresco dining area with a dining table and seating area overlooking pool. The private pool and sunbathing terrace, has patio furniture, 6 sun lounges and purpose built BBQ.
Coast/Beach
The main beach at Binisafua is a 10 minute walk away and several restaurants within walking distance. There are a number of sandy coves with numerous rocky caves near by providing excellent swimming and snorkeling. The well-known beach at Binibeca is 5 minute drive away and has lounges / pedalo hire with a good selection of shops and restaurants.
Travel
The airport at Mahon is a 15 minute drive away. Car hire is considered essential for properties in binisafua and is recommended for exploring this beautiful Island.

Mahon 9 miles. Saint Lluis 4 miles. Cuitadella 25 miles. Alayor 8 miles.
Further details
The main Mahon/Cuitadella road has a number of shopping outlets selling locally produced wares e.g. leather goods, baskets and the famous Menorcan sandals. Car Hire Can be arranged please ask for rates
Booking notes
Please contact via email to confirm availability. A 20% booking fee is required. The balance of the payment and a £100 breakage deposit (fully refundable) is due 8 weeks before the holiday date.
It is strongly recommended that you take travel insurance out at the time of booking.
