Changeover day
Saturday depart 11am arrive 3pm. Other days by arrangment.

Outside
Large tropical gardens with communal pool. Spacous grassed area surrounding pool. Apartment has two sun loungers which can be taken to the Pool (lift close by). Beach only five minutes level walk.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to Portals beach. This is one of the best beaches on the island. It is sandy, sheltered and has full facilities.
Golf
Several nearby, Royal Bendinat 5 minutes drive.

Travel
Palma airport 20 minutes by taxi (30 Euros each way)
The cleaner has a taxi for returns to airport if required and will look after bags if your flight is afternoon or evening.
Car hire available outside apartment, (Advance). Car not essential. Taxi rank and bus very close.

Puerto Portals Marina (0). Portals Nous Village 5 minutes walk. Marine Land, 2 minutes walk.

Booking notes
£100 deposit for each week of stay. Full value of rental due 60 days before arrival. Booking deposit returned with 14 days of departure subject to no damage/losses.
