This superb villa has just been completed (2008) and has a lovely simple open layout with the main lounge and 2 of the bedrooms opening directly out onto the pool area. It is situated on a quiet residential street just a few minutes walk from Binisafua Playa beach. A car is recommended for those staying here as this will provide a great position for those wanting to explore the island, with San Luis just a 10 min drive away and Mahon 15 - 20 minutes. Binisafua itself has a couple of bars and restaurants, otherwise, just a 15 minute walk along the coastal footpath you'll arrive at Binibeca where there is a much wider range of nightlife and shopping.

Changeover day
Fridays are preferred arrival/departure days, with check in 3pm and check out 10am. This will be flexible where possible.

Notes on accommodation
The double aspect lounge diner is fully air-conditioned and has large sliding patio doors providing sea views and opening onto the poolside area. All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning units which also serve to pump warm air if needed on cooler nights. The bedrooms have large built in wardrobes providing plenty of hanging space or storage. A safety deposit box is located on the property.
Accessibility
The villa is single level so is easily accessible for wheelchair users, however there are 4 steps leading from the patio to the poolside.
Outside
The garden is very low maintenance being laid out with gravel. There is ample sun bathing areas and with the property facing directly South the poolside enjoys full sunshine from early morning till dusk ! There is a patio table and chairs to seat 6, there are also sun loungers and a portable BBQ. The super private pool is larger than average being approx 10 x 5 metres, the depth ranging from 1.2m - 2.0m
Coast/Beach
Less than a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Binisafuller Playa beach where you'll find soft golden sand and crystal clear waters, providing safe shallow bathing.

20 minute drive from Mahon airport.
Distances
4 miles to San Luis.
7 miles to Mahon.
Further details
There is a great little supermarket just a 5 minute drive away, ' Suestra', where you'll be able to buy most of your groceries or just a little further on is the quaint town of San Luis which will provide for just about all your needs having many restaurants, bars, shops, banks and supermarkets. Binisafua is situated under one of the flight paths of Menorca Airport, some aircraft noise is to be expected.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit will be required to confirm bookings with the balance due 6 weeks prior to holiday. There is a £100 fully refundable deposit to cover against damages breakages etc.
