Sa Pleta is a family home tucked into the hills behind Cas Concos with breathtaking views down the valley to the sea. It is set in extensive grounds with a private pool shared only with the family. With privacy and tranquillity it is perfect for a romantic or relaxing escape. Situated near Cas Concos with several good restaurants, quiet unspoilt beaches and the market towns of Felanitx and Santanyi.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per night in euros. Price is for two peopleand includes breakfast. Please contact owner for last minute bookings and longer term rentals, single room occupancy etc.
Changeover day
Changeover flexible. Guests have to vacate the room by 11 o'clock if the room is booked the following night.

Not suitable for wheelchair use - sorry.
Outside
The swimming pool is shared only with us and has sun terraces and shaded seating for sunbathing or enjoying a book. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed with a chilled beer or glass of wine. The barbeque area is available for use by guests.
Coast/Beach
Easy access to unspoilt sandy coves and fishing villages. The beautiful harbour of Porto Colom is 15 mins drive, Cala Mondrago is about 20 mins drive and the Cala D'Or Marina is 10 mins away. Es Trenc with kilometers of beach and crystal clear water is a half hour drive.
Golf
Vall D'Or is 15 minutes away and Son Antem Golf Club is approximately 20 minutes away from the house.
Special interest holidays
Private yoga or pilates classes can be arranged.
Travel
Palma airport is 45 mins away. Car hire is essential and we can help you with this.
Distances
The house is 5 mins drive from Cas Concos which has a variety of restaurants, local shops and newsagents. Felanitx with its weekly market and beautiful church is 10 mins away and Santanyi with its twice weekly market providing local produce and crafts is 20 mins. A variety of bars and restaurants are in all the local towns/villages.
The surrounding countryside is perfect for either country strolls or an energetic hike up to the monastery behind Felanitx.

Price for 2 people including breakfast 110 euros. 30% to confirm booking and the rest is payable on arrival. May - October.
