Can Romani is situated in the unspoilt countryside of south east Mallorca on the slopes of a mountain with spectacular views across the island. Built from local stone in the Mallorquin style.Set in 5 acres of almond, apricot and carob trees with pine forest behind. The house has a 10x4m pool with terraces set in a lawned garden.The local town of Felanitx is only 5 minutes drive or a 20 minute walk down the old pigrim track. Local beaches are a 15 minute drive.

Ground floor- Entrance hall leads through archway on right to living room with 4 seater and 2 seater sofas, TV with DVD and Video and open fireplace. Off the living room is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and french windows to terrace.1 double bedroom with french windows to terrace shares full bathroom with twin bedroom which also has french windows.
Kitchen/diner has fridge freezer,5 burner gas cooker and dishwasher. Door leads to outside covered dining terrace.

Underfloor heating and fans. Suitable children, downstairs ensuite double bedroom has wheelchair access.Hammocks, sunloungers, parasol.

All ground floor doors are 82cm wide to accommodate wheelchair access.

Cala D'Or holiday resort 15 mins, 5 sandy coves.
Es Trenc 25 mins drive to 5kms, unspoilt wild beach.
Cala Mondrago 20 mins, twin sandy bays with beach bar and restaurant.
All times are driving.

Golf
Vall D'Or golf club is a 20 minute drive. Son Anthelm golf club is a 25 minute drive.

Yoga classes available with qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher. Pilates classes also available. Professional massage also available.

Travel
Palma Airport is 35 minutes drive and car hire is essential.

Distances
5 min drive to the local town of Felanitx, which has a palm tree lined square, a beautiful 13C church and a large Sunday market.
10 min drive to the fishing village of Porto Colom with nice bars and restaurants.
10 min drive to the hilltop monastery of San Salvador and the 11C Castle de Santuari.

Further details
The town of Felanitx has supermarkets, banks and local craft shops. Cas Concos has 5 good restaurants and is a 10 minute drive. There is a local riding school and windsurfing, sailing, diving are close by. Cycle hire can also be arranged. This area is great for birdwatching and walking.
