Our apartment is situated in the heart of Camp de Mar, a beautiful bay on the South West coast of Mallorca. It comprises of a lounge/diner, including double sofa bed, kitchen with appliances (fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave etc), double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, front balcony/sun terrace with outdoor dining overlooking the swimming pool and gardens with sea views. Rear outside terrace for use as a utility area with washing machine and airer, underground allocated car parking space, underground lockable storage shed/cupboard. Other facilities include remote controlled air-conditioning/heating system, use of residential pool and gardens, television with British channels (Sky freeview channels), CD/DVD player, use of 4 sun loungers, baby/infant travel cot, supplies of bedding and towels. Camp de Mar is an exclusive resort and offers something for everyone. Ideal for families, couples, beach lovers, golfers or walkers.

Outside
Outside includes a newly renovated 20m pool in beautifully maintained gardens. Sun loungers and umbrella are also provided.
Coast/Beach
4 minute walk to a blue flag sandy beach. 1 minute walk to the waters edge.
Golf
Apartment is 5 min walk from Andratx golf club and driving range. Santa Ponsa golf is 10-15 min drive.
Travel
Airport is 25/30 min drive. Car Hire is not essential a taxi from airport is abut £25.
Distances
Andratx village is 2 miles and Port Andratx is about 3-4 miles. Palma centre is about a 30 minute drive. Hillside rural towns such as Deya, Valldemossa are a 20-30 minute drive away. Santa Ponsa, Magaluf and Palma Nova are approx 15 minute drive away.
Further details
There are several restaurants in Camp de Mar all offering great food and all within 5-10 min walk. Spar supermarket offers all the essentials and is a 1 min walk away. A cash point is situated 3 minutes away.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is needed to hold the booking then the remainder needs to be paid 6 weeks prior to the holiday. Keys will be sent or can be collected.
