The situation is unique - just minutes from the virgin beach of Playa Mondrago, the market town of Santanyi, and the facilities and harbour of Cala D’or.

We offer you six rooms, in traditional balearic style:
1 double (Xaloc)
1 double superior room (Llevant), relies on two individual beds in a surface of 27 m2, access to a terrace - solarium of 13 m2.
2 junior suites (Migjorn and Tramuntana). Migjorn relies on a double bed in a surface of 30 m2, access to a terrace solarium of 12 m2. Tramuntana relies on a double bed in a surface of 30 m2, access to a terrace solarium of 40 m2 of surface.
2 junior suites superior (Llebeig and Ponent). Llebeig relies on a double bed in a surface of 33 m2, direct access to the swimming pool and a terrace - solarium of 12 m2. Ponent relies on two individual beds in a surface of 35 m2, access to a terrace - solarium of 22 m2.
From all bedrooms that will be able to enjoy agreeable baths of the Sun, and a beautiful panoramic sight of the environment formed by fields of carob-trees, almond-trees, fig trees, pines, palms, etc...

You will feel the atmosphere of rustic, typical Mallorca when you enter the property with its stone clad walls and wooden beams, and your welcome will be as special as the place.
The breakfast room was once the kitchen of the house, and still retains the original ancient chimney and surround. The room invites you to enjoy the very best Mallorquin or traditional breakfast.

The area of Mondrago which cover 785 hectares was declared an official nature reserve in 1992.
Son Marimon is ideally situated to explore the natural beauty fauna and wild life of this specially protected nature reserve. The municipality is in a practically flat zone, to the south of the island. It includes nine populations, almost all with exit to the sea: Calonge, Cove d'Or, Portopetro, Penetrates Egos, Cove Figuera, Llombards, Cove Màrmols, Cove Mondragó and S'Alqueria Blanca.
The existence of urbanizations for residences for many people it turns Santanyí into a place well communicated by road, with a rapid route that connects it with the capital, Palma. The climate is Mediterranean, warm and dry in summer, and softly in winter. Santanyí is a zone few rainfalls are registered very in all the epochs of the year.
