Flexible changeover day, arrival at 16:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everybody's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If a earlier/later arrival departure into the villa is needed please enquire at the time of booking.

Linen and towels are included (strictly for use in the apartment only). Clean linen and towels on arrival. Towels changed once during midweek. 2 week booking clean linen and towels after the first week. Beach towels are not supplied.

Coast/Beach
Port of Alcudia beach/harbour is only 50mts away. The largest sandy beaches on the island it also offers all water sports imaginable and great boat trips.
Bay of Pollensa is approx 5 mins by car or local bus service available just 100mts away from the apartment.
Both beaches offer sunbeds and shade for hire. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from along the beach.

Golf
Alcanada golf course is situated just a short distance from the apartment. Alcanada combines the essential requirements for the creation of a top category golf course, an unrivalled setting and a first rate design. The terrain gently slopes down towards the shoreline, with its pine, olive and oak trees and the mountains of the Sierra de Levante in the background. Alcanada is the only course in Mallorca that is right by the sea and has a spectacular view across the bay of Alcudia. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Snr. and Jnr, the beautiful Alcanada golf course, opened in October 2003. Typical Trent Jones features, like 58 well placed green side fairway bunkers, challenging greens with hidden breaks, and difficult but fair tee shots, already make this golf course a must for all experienced golfers travelling to Mallorca.

Travel
Palma Airport is a 40 minute drive away. Car not essential. However if you would like help with transfers then this can be arranged. Car hire if needed can also be arranged with pick up and drop off at the airport. Port of Alcudia is the nearest channel port 50 metres away. Port of Palma is a 50 minute drive away.

Distances
Old historic walled town of Alcudia with amenities is less than a mile away. Alcudia water park is approx 3/4 of a mile away. Pollensa town with its winding streets, ancient churches and famous 365 steps leading up to one of the many churches also Puig de Maria with years of history can be reached by car/bus, then on foot to the monastery and with breathtaking views approx 20 mins drive/ bus ride away. Can Picafort with its pavement cafes and competition go-carting track approx 15 mins away.

Further details
Local shops, restaurants, chemists, banks, supermarkets, post office all can be found within the port area 100mts to access the bus service. Less than a mile away there is a heated indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis, paddle courts Alcudia water park is approx a mile away.
Local activities include bicycle hire, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-surfing. One of the biggest/fastest go-carting tracks can be found in C'an Picafort.
Alcanada (Alcudia) is a championship standard 18 hole golf course, with stunning sea views from almost every fairway and is less than a 5 mins drive away. Not to be left out, non-players can enjoy a sumptuous lunch from the clubhouse terrace. Pollensa Golf club is approx a 25 min drive away. Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with its spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads.
Walking/Trekking the north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Why not visit Mallorca in Autumn and Spring when the weather is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling? Why not walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia), it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearic's? The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which has converted into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds, and is home to considerable wildlife.

Booking notes
50% deposit is required via bank transfer. The balance is paid upon arrival to the resort. A breakage deposit is requested upon arrival either 200 euros or £150, this is for any wilful damage made to the property or its contents.

Great for beach lovers and those that want a chilled out relaxing break.
Beautifully decorated like home from home. With beach being just over the road easy to nip back for lunch/siesta etc..
Kids loved it straight onto the beach, hotels also near by for use of swimming pool.
