Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 with sink, bath, wc, mosaic walls, marble floor and floor heating.

Kitchen: Bar shaped kitchen with stone benches, integrated utilities all designed in steel and solid wood. Fully equipped for 6+ persons, including toaster, microwave and oven, dishwasher and laundry cleaner etc.
Utility Room: Underground parking lot for a car with extra utility room is connected with elevator up to the apartment.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge in direct connection to bar kitchen and with sliding glass doors to terrace, with dining for 6+, corner sofa, LCD TV and DVD player.
Other: Entrance hall has a TV monitor system to monitor house entrance. DVD-player, Internet connection.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Cleaning and linen are included. One big and one hand towel per person. It is all changed after one week, and then once per week. Extra maid service can be provided on request.

 

Notes on accommodation
Smoking strictly forbidden in the apartment! One secure parking lot is available in basement. Beneath is also a locker room where golf bags or trolleys can be stored. The whole community is very tranquil and well suited for families with small childrens or elderly. The apartment is on first floor. The community is fenced and guarded 24h with TV monitors at main entrance. The area is surrounded with golf courses so it is well suited for golfers. Especially in low season.

Accessibility
As far as we understand the whole community is accessible with a wheelchair. Direct access from parking lot in basement to apartment via elevator. Ramps in the garden.

Sunbeds and umbrellas are available without extra costs at the pools.

Coast/Beach
Port Adriano beach and marina is only a 5-10 minutes walk.
The large famous Santa Ponsa sandy beach is a 5 minutes drive.
There are numerous of small cosy beaches along the south west side of Mallorca. You can always find someone that suits you.

Golf
Las Adelfas is exceptionally well placed for golf with the three courses at Santa Ponsa, Poniente a couple of kilometres away and Bendinat Golf Club just 5-10 mins drive away. Another ten courses less than an hour away.

Travel
It takes a 25 mins drive to go to the airport. Taxi is appr. 30 Euro.
The cultural and historical city of Palma with it's big cathedral, port and marina is a 20 mins drive.
Magaluf and Palma Nova with all bars, restaurants and night life takes 10 mins with taxi.
There is a bus stop a couple of minutes from the community. The buses runs frequently and takes you easily to Santa Ponsa, Magaluf, Palma Nova, Portals Nous, Palma or Andtrax.
Car rentals at the airport or in Santa Ponsa.

Distances
Port Adriano beach and port 5-10 min walk.
Santa Ponsa 5 min drive.
Magaluf 5-10 min drive.
Palma de Mallorca 20 min drive.
Airport 25 min drive.
Andtrax 15 mins.

Further details
The town of Santa Ponsa is 5 mins drive away and holds everything you need, but within walking distance (5-10 mins) you reach most of what you can ask for. Mini-Supermarket, bars, restaurants, bank, shops, boat hire, diving, fishing.
10 mins drive direction Magaluf you find numerous amusements parks, aqua lands etc.

Booking notes
Prices are for shorter rentals and shown per week in Pounds. Longer rental periods must be requested and will be offered directly from us. The price include cleaning, linen and towels.
Other arrangements can also be agreed. We will require a breakage deposit of 200 euro which will be returned less any damage after your stay.
