All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans. Windows with double glazing and shutters keep rooms warm in winter and cool in summer.

Parking is available in the complex.

There is a large communal garden and pool with a children’s pool.
There is a new public park/children’s play area with slide and swings immediately opposite the apartment and visible from the balcony.
Coast/Beach
The main beach, Cala Marcal, is clean and safe, with a lifeguard on duty in the summer months. Cala Marcal has also been awarded, the Blue Flag Award for clean beaches with sustainable and transparent waters. 2 minutes drive away is another beach called Cala S’Arnal. Popular with locals, this beach has scenic mountains as a backdrop. Other beaches nearby include: Cala Murada, Es Domingos, Cala Senau, Cala Serena, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Gran, Cala Egos, Cala Barca, Cala Mondrago.
Golf
Val D’or golf course is 4km away.

Palma Airport is about a 1 hour drive from Porto Colom and
we recommend that you hire a car for your visit.

Porto Colom is a fishing village that has still managed to maintain its traditional and tranquil atmosphere. Whether you are looking for a quiet day at the beach or the opportunity to delve into the history of Mallorca, Porto Colom is the destination for you.

Traditional fishing cottages: for a postcard photo opportunity and simply to delve back in time, drive or walk past these colourful cottages on the bay.
Sports: volley ball on the beach in summer.
Golf: great golf through palm trees and gullies with a magnificent sea view and a cool breeze only a short 4km drive away.
Markets: see what you can discover at the local market in Porto Colom on Tuesdays and Saturdays June-Sept. There is also a larger market in Felanitx (just 30 minutes away) every Sunday morning.
Historical burial grounds: Porto Colom is home to one of the best preserved, Naveta or prehistoric burial sites on Mallorca.
Porto Cristo: explore the birth place of Christopher Columbus only 20 kms North of Porto Colom.
Caves of Drach: magnificent caves in Porto Cristo with one of the largest subterranean lakes in the world where you can also enjoy a classical music concert with lights.
Monastery of San Salvador: travel 12km inland and through an avenue of cypress trees to visit this 13th Century church with panoramic views of the island and coastline.
Booking notes
30% deposit required with the balanced paid 6 weeks before arrival. For late bookings, these arrangements can be changed. We also ask for a £100 deposit. Cancellation policy: If you cancel up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, your payment including the 30% deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival, we will only refund you the nights that we will be able to re-let the apartment. We advise all our guests to take out travel insurance.
