Our beautiful traditional Ibcencian farmhouse has been lovingly restored whilst retaining all the features which make this kind of accommodation so authentically Spanish. The walls are cool and thick and the gardens are lush and private. Our charming finca dates back to the 18th century and is situated in a peaceful agricultural valley down a quiet country lane. Here you can truly relax amongst orange, lemon and almond trees.

| Bedrooms: | Master suite 1 is a huge split level bedroom and can comfortably sleep 4 as there are no privacy issues as the room is on two floors. 2 double beds. Morrocan suite with double bed (or 2 twin). Buddah suite with twin beds. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom to the Moroccan suite with bath wc. Bathroom with bath shower wc, bidet. |
| Kitchen: | Beautiful brand new traditional open plan kitchen with all kitchen equipment, cooker, fan, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave etc. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, ironing board, iron. |
| Living Rooms: | Our lounge is a fabulous place to chill out and has sumptuous sofas and fashionable furnishings. Plasma TV, DVD, stereo etc, iPod dock. We also have a sofa bed for sleep overs. |
| Other: | The living room opens up onto our favourite terrace courtyard, which has its own wishing well and outdoor dining area. Perfect for relaxing under the stars and staring across the amazing countryside. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa will be cleaned once per week and this will include a towel and bedlinen change. |
Notes on accommodation
We have decided not to install air-conditioning as the way the houses were built in the 18th century, the walls are very thick and cool and there is always a natural breeze going through the house. We have also provided fans. The property is fine for children and disabled customers as the property is all on one level except the master bedroom suite.

Outside
The property has loads natural land to explore and is surrounded by beautiful orchards of orange and lemon trees. Although no pool (as yet!) the beach is only a 10 min drive away, and we have provided cushioned sun loungers for your pleasure. The Wishing Well courtyard is amazing for entertaining under the stars.
Coast/Beach
The most beautiful beaches on the Island are a 10 minute drive away. Cala Jondal 15 mins.
Golf
Roca Llisa Golf is a 20 minute drive away and boasts some of the best golf in the Balearic's.
Special interest holidays
Our property has been used by painters and artists for years so would be of particular interest for those wishing to take advantage of the beautiful countryside and orchards surrounding the property.
Travel
Ibiza Airport is a 15 minute drive away, 10 mins to Playa den Bossa, 10 mins to Ibiza town. The location is probably one of the best on the island as we are a stones throw from Ibiza and the small town of San Rafel has the best restaurants on the Island, Le Elephant and Al Alyoun.
Distances
The quaint traditional Ibcencian village of San Rafel is a 5 min drive from the house. Santa Gertrudis with its beautiful church 10 min drive. Ibiza town and the glitzy port 10 mins.
Booking notes
Bookings for August we will need 50% of the cost at the time of booking. The total cost can be paid on arrival and we require a refundable goodwill 600 euro deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay providing you have not taken the bed in your suitcase!
