Changeover day
Arrive after 2pm. Vacate by 12 noon. Changeover day is flexible.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a large double bed that can also be two singles.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with large shower, basin, wc and bidet.
Kitchen: Kitchen has electric oven and hob, kettle, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Utility Room: Utility room has a sink, washing machine and a drying area. Iron and ironing board also provided.
Living Rooms: The living room is spacious and open plan, with French doors opening onto mountain views. Plenty of seating including long sofa and a reclining chair. TV and DVD player with stereo speakers that can be used with mp3 players. Dining table seats six.

linen/maid service:
Beach towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned and the beds made, ready for your arrival. If further cleaning is required this can be arranged.

Accessibility
Car parking is immediately in front of the main entrance, which is level to the driveway. Once inside there are about 8 steps up to the apartment front door. The apartment is all on one level.

Coast/Beach
From the apartment there is a lovely walk down to the Cala (pebble cove) that passes through lemon and olive groves and shady terraces. The walk takes approximately 25 minutes. To drive, takes about 10 minutes to the car park. At the Cala there is a restaurant and a bar which serves light meals through the day. There are beautiful walks along the cliffs or up into the mountains.

Golf
Golf courses are within 30 minutes drive of Deia.

Travel
Palma airport is 40 minutes by car or taxi (50 euros). A car is useful but there is a regular bus service from Deia.

Distances
Deia is approximately 10km from Soller and 9km from Valldemossa.

Further details
Deia has two small supermarkets, one with a bakery, which stock most necessities. There are bars, 2 banks, a pharmacy and several individual gift and clothes shops. There are also many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Deia has two museums, a pottery, regular art exhibitions and music events through the year. Often you will find live music playing in one of the bars or restaurants.

Non-refundable deposit of 20% of total cost of stay is required at time of booking. Balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
