Outside
The swimming pool is 10 metres long by 4.4 metres wide and well suited to children or the elderly as has access via steps into shallow end. We have provided 4 sun loungers and 2 further recliners.
With some of the best views on the development due to the pool and garden being at the rear (many villas here have their pools at the front facing the road). The plot size is a massive 800m2 with beautifully maintained mediterranean garden and real lawn. We have tall screening of Oleander giving seclusion. Ideal for families or several couples. The covered area just outside means that guests can enjoy al fresco dining in the shade of the summer sun. However in winter with a lower sun streaming onto this area it can still be used on the many sunny days that occur.
Coast/Beach
Approx 1.5 kilometres from Son Saura beach. This is a family friendly beach with gently sloping shelves making it ideal for swimming as the shallow area extends for quite a way. Various water sports offered here.

The villa occupies a quite stunning position with superb views, yet close to all amenities.
Booking notes
