Caseta El Establo is formerly a traditional Mallorcan stone-built stable. Now a lovely converted all-year-round holiday cottage. Situated on the slopes of the beautiful Soller valley. The Caseta is entirely self-contained and fully furnished with beamed ceilings and tiled floors throughout. Large doors open onto a paved sun terrace with olive trees and furnished with loungers, table and chairs and a built-in barbecue. All rooms have wonderful views of the Tramuntana mountains.

| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 - traditionally furnished with large twin beds, air-conditioning (hot/cold), wash basin, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. Bedroom 2 - with 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, fan etc and is ideal for a single person or children. |
| Bathrooms: | Tiled bathroom with full size bath/shower, wc and hand basin. Cupboard containing modern electric hot water system and pump. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped including electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric juicer etc. |
| Living Rooms: | Comfortable sitting/dining room furnished with armchairs and traditional Mallorcan dining area. There is also English/German satellite TV, a radio/cassette player and a large selection of books and games. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bedlinen and towels (except beach towels) are supplied. The Caseta is cleaned and bedlinen and towels changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
There is a public swimming pool and tennis courts which can be rented on an hourly basis a few minutes walk away. The Caseta has it's own access and car parking space. There is heating throughout for winter months.
El Establo is a well cared for house in a central and sunny location. I live on the neighbouring plot and am here to help with anything that you may need.

Accessibility
The Caseta is situated on two floors with stairs to the bedrooms.

Coast/Beach
Puerto Soller with it's pretty beach and many bars and restaurants is a 7 minute drive away.
Golf
Golf course approx 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Palma Airport is approximately a 30-40 minute drive.
Distances
Soller town is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk. The nearest tram stop is a 15 minute walk. Nearby are the villages of Deia, Valdemossa and Fornalutx. Excursion boats from the Port are available to see the spectacular coastline.
Further details
Within walking distance is the local Spar supermarket and restaurant 'Sa Tuelera' famed for its suckling pig! A car is advisable unless keen walkers.
