Although close to the heart of Magaluf it is also far enough away to be able to enjoy a more relaxing holiday or a stroll around the quieter surrounding beaches of Palma Nova or Son Mathias. There is a lift so wheelchair/elderly friendly. A short drive or bus journey away is the stunning city of Palma, which offers many attractions including a trip around the magnificent cathedral or a stroll around the many shops and boutiques. There is also Marineland and the famous Pirates Adventure all within walking distance, along with a couple of water parks, go-karting and a bungee rocket all handy if a break from lazing around beach/pool is needed. There is a regular bus system in place so travel from Magaluf to anywhere on the island can be done with ease. On the doorstep is an abundance of restaurants, as well as the many water sports that are on offer on both Magaluf and Palma Nova beach fronts. Numerous golf courses are all within 5-15m drive from the property.

| Kitchen: | An open-planned kitchen which includes, 4 ring cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven and grill and in-built water filter. There is also a table and seating for 4. |
| Living Rooms: | A large sunny living room which includes a flat screen TV in-built into the wall. A large sofa, comfortably seating 4 which can also be extended out enough for someone to sleep on. There is also a magnificent view across the whole of Magaluf bay. |

Accessibility
There is a lift so suitable for the elderly and wheelchairs although the apartment hasn't been specifically adapted for wheelchair use.
Coast/Beach
The beach is a 2 minute walk from the property. There are also several other beaches all within 10 minutes walk. All the beaches in the area are well maintained with sun-loungers available to rent for the day.
Golf
Numerous golf courses are all within 5-15 mins drive from the apartment so whatever level you are at there is a course to cater for you.
Travel
The airport is 24km away, however, there are numerous taxis at the airport. Once in Torrenova/Magaluf a car is not necessary as their are plenty of activities to keep you occupied which can be reached on foot. There is a regular bus system in place so travel from Magaluf to anywhere on the island can be done with ease.
Distances
The stunning capital of Palma is only 15-20km away, and there are many towns which can be easily walked to including Palma Nova, Son Mathias and Son Caliu.
