Newly built luxury penthouse apartment. It is in a quiet residential area, 5 minutes from the old town of Alcudia, and 1 mile from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, roof terrace and garage for parking. There are some nice restaurants and shops in the old town, the market is nice (Sundays and Tuesdays). The beach is lovely. This holiday would suit couples or families. We do not rent to stag or hen parties.

The apartment will be cleaned before you arrive. You will find fresh bed linen, the bedroom beds will be made up on arrival and fresh towels will be provided. If you need more while you are there we have plenty in storage |

Accessibility
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, but there is a lift, which would fit a wheelchair, although there is no lift to the roof terrace.

There is roof terrace and we have patio furniture on the balcony from the lounge.
Coast/Beach
We are 15 minutes from Port of Alcudia, 15 minutes from Port of Pollensa, 1 mile from beach and 5 minutes from the Old town of Alcudia.
Travel
Palma Airport is approx 50 minutes away, car hire would be useful, but a lift to and from the airport for a cheaper cost can be arranged, although the taxis and buses are very close. There are 2 bus stops just around the corner from the apartment.
Distances
We are near the Old Town of Alcudia and not far from the port and there is a theatre not far from the from the apartment.
Further details
The shops, bars and restaurants are lovely and there are plenty in the old town including a lovely market on Sundays and Tuesdays. There are plenty of banks and cash machines in the ports and towns, and the supermarket is just 5 minutes away.
