Casa Margarita is a 300 year old fincas perfect for large families or group of friends. Margarita consistis of 2 houses next to each other that can be rented separately or together. Each house has 4 bedrooms, dining room, living area with cable TV, fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine etc, 2 bathrooms, private terraces and off road parking. Both houses are decorated in a traditional marllorquian style.

Outside
There are plenty of grounds to sit out and relax, the terrace around the pool (9 x 5 m with steps) offers plenty of seating area to dine al fresco for everyone in addition to the purpose build BBQ. The view from the terrace and pool area is admirable and stretches across over the surrounding mountains. The garden has fruit trees that guest are welcome to pick if in season. There are many terraces and gardens around the houses where to sit and relax for those in the party that seek peace and quiet or who wish to catch up with some holiday reading. There is parking space for 5/6 small cars, please note that the roads leading to the villa are very narrow and two way so small cars are advisable.
