Cas Xot and Can Rosabel are beautiful, traditional Mallorcan houses situated on a cobbled pathway in the hamlet of Biniaraix, reputed to be one of the prettiest villages in Spain just outside Soller. The houses are very well appointed in every aspect and provide first class holiday homes for large groups in a lovely quiet position, yet within walking distance of the restaurants of both Soller and Fornalutx. The houses are ideally located for walking and touring around the Tramuntana Mountains and the North of Mallorca, while, if you would like to explore the city, then Palma is only a 30 minute drive away. There is a private garden, numerous terraces and an amazing infinity pool all looking across the Soller valley. This is an ideal setting for a family holiday with a large open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area (25ft x 27ft) which has double fold back doors leading to the garden which is fenced in separate areas to make the terraces as safe as possible for children.

Changeover day
Changeover day is usually a Saturday but we do try to be flexible if possible. Please contact us to discuss.

Notes on accommodation
These houses are perfect for large groups as they give 2 houses around beautiful gardens and terraces. Two parts of the same family could enjoy a holiday together while having a little of their own space when needed.
Both houses have heating and all main rooms have air conditioning. They are suitable for children but they should always be supervised in the gardens and around the pool. Highchairs, cots, stair gates, toys, available on request. Our Nanny, English, fully Norland trained and qualified, is available for babysitting/care at 15 Euro per hour by arrangement. Pets considered.

Outside
Cas Xot and Can Rosabel have large private gardens which are grassed and full of orange and lemon trees and grape vines. There are two large terraces, one at the lower level and one on the top level (the top level can be used as a private terrace for Can Rosabel).
Outdoor garden furniture is provided as is a large BBQ. The garden has views across the valley and the terraces have shade against the heat of the midday sun.
The swimming pool (7x4m) is newly built, has an infinity edge and views of the whole area. It has a patio on either side with sun beds, tables and chairs and is set in a garden full of orange and lemon trees.
Coast/Beach
Port Soller is a beautiful horse-shoe bay with a marina on one side and a family friendly sandy beach on the other. The whole bay has first class restaurants and shops. Fishing, boat hire, kayaks and day trips to the beautiful bay at Sa Calobra are all available. The port is approximately 10 minutes drive away from Biniaraix.
Special interest holidays
Biniaraix is an ideal place to start your walking, rock climbing, canyoning and mountain biking from.
Travel
Palma airport is 35-40 minutes drive away. Car hire is not essential as you can walk to the larger town of Soller and the maller village of Fornalutx. There is also a tram to the Port of Soller and the beach.
However, car hire is recommended in order to see the delights of the area.

Biniaraix Square with small bar 5 seconds walk.
Fornalutx, restaurants, bars and small shop 25 minute walk / 5 minutes car.
Soller, large square, many shops, supermarket, train station, bus to Palma 20 minutes walk / 5 minutes car.
Deia, pretty mountain village 35 minutes car.
Further details
The closest bar is in Biniaraix Square. Restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets can all be found in Soller which has a beautiful central square set around the cathedral and the town hall. It is a great place to have lunch and then go shopping.

40% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remainder 6 weeks prior to the holiday date. Payment is preferred by bank transfer.
