It is located on the ground floor, with a view across the grassy gorge to the main resort. A short walk to Arenal's stunning sandy beach and close to local amenities such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor's office etc. The complex benefits from an on-site management office providing local assistance for guests.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. The apartment will be cleaned and prepared by 3pm on your arrival day and you will need to vacate by 10am on your last day. This is also flexible and depends on the arrival/departure date of other guests.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge and dining area opens out onto a small patio. There is a dining table, sofa and 2 chairs, coffee table and outdoor patio furniture. |

The property is cleaned on your arrival. The appropriate number of beds will be made-up and a hand and bath towel provided for each guest. The bed linen and towels will be changed half way through when staying for 2 weeks. |

Accessibility
Although this is a ground floor apartment there are a few steps from the garden down to the apartment.
Outside
The Sol Isla complex has a private garden with children's play area and a communal pool, which includes a cordoned off children's pool.
Coast/Beach
As previously stated the apartment is just 5 minutes walk from the beach.
Travel
Mahon airport is approximately 30 mins from the resort by car. Taxis are available from the airport and the transfer fee is around 35 euros. The on-site management office can arrange your return taxi for you. There are a couple of car hire companies in the resort should you wish to hire a car for a few days and tour the island.
Distances
There is a bus service to the capital, Mahon and also to a local fishing village, Fornells. There is a 'tourist train' which has several pick-up/drop-off points around Arenal and nearby resorts.

There isn't a bank in the resort but there area a few cash machines.
Booking notes
A £100 per week deposit is required at the time of booking followed by payment of the balance approx 6 weeks prior to your departure date.
