Changeover day
During the high season: June, July and August, I would like to have a preferred changeover day of Saturday/Sunday to maintain flow of requests. However, there is flexibility the remaining time of the year.

Kitchen: Kitchen area has a 2 burner electric hob/oven, fridge/freezer combination, and microwave. Also fully equipped to dine in.
Utility Room: Utility enclosed balcony contains a washer, clothes hanging lines, and sink.
Living Rooms: Living room/dinning area contains table and 2 chairs, sofa, TV, DVD, and end tables, chest of drawers, and wicker chairs.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are provided per week. Cleaning services can be arranged weekly, if desired, at an additional cost of 30 euros per week.

 

Notes on accommodation
Air-con functions as a heating unit providing sufficient heat for comfort. There is an additional electric radiator. Not suitable for children.

Accessibility
The property is located on the second floor of a four unit building, and has not lift, therefore making it difficult or suitable for people with mobility problems.

Front of the building is located directly in front of the beach - apartment located in back (second-line) is 50 yards from the beach.

Golf
There is a golf course Golf Pollensa, just 10 minutes drive from the apartment. 9 Holes of golf perfectly adapted to the local environment. The course offers panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia and S’Albufereta reserve.

Travel
Distance to Son San Juan Airport (Palma) is 56km, car hire is recommended to explore other parts of the island. However, no car is needed to move around town. There is local transportation to Pollensa regularly and frequently scheduled.

Booking notes
25% non-refundable deposit at booking via bank transfer. Remaining 75% plus 150 euro refundable security deposit is due 4 weeks prior to arrival via bank transfer. There is a 10 euro fee associated with transfer to a designated account to Bancaja (which often deals with international transactions) IBAN and or BIC will be provided in advance. Refund of security deposit is effective upon inspection of the property, and executed via bank transfer.
