A perfect place to sit in the afternoon and watch the sun set! Both the spacious bedroom, and the large light and airy lounge/dining room, with sofa bed, lead on to the balcony. The apartment has the benefit of a full bathroom and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. All the furnishings are to a very high standard and every thought has been given to ensuring the comforts of guests. The swimming pool and children’s pool is located at the front of the building in the pleasant well-tended gardens. There is ample sunbathing space. This complex is located within easy walking distance to the harbour and the pedestrianised area of Port D’Alcudia which is surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. Within a 100 metres walk, you can find the longest sandy beach in Mallorca which has been awarded the coveted European blue flag award.

Apartment is fully ventilated and has a gas heater for the cooler months. It is suitable for families, couples and the elderly.
The apartment is on the top floor of a seven storey apartment building. There are 2 lifts.
Easy safe parking on the quiet street at the side of the building.
Outside
The gardens in front of the apartment are well tended and have ample room for sunbathing. There is a large pool with additional children's pool that is shared by the residents of the apartments.
Coast/Beach
100 metres to largest sandy beach in Mallorca that has coveted blue flag award for safety and cleanliness.
Golf
Alcanda golf course approx 8km away.
Many other good golf courses within 40 min drive.
Travel
Palma airport apprx 40 mins drive away. Taxi can be obtained at airport or bus from Palma.
A car is not essential.
Distances
Pedestrianised area of Port D'Alcudia with shops, restaurants and bars and banks 50 metres. Alcudia old town 5 min drive. Beautiful Port of Pollensa with its famous Pine Walk only 10 min drive.
Excellent bus service alcudia to Port de Pollensa and Formentor.
Further details
there are many activities available in and around the area including water sports, horse riding, sailing. Many wonderful walks within the near by mountains with guides if desired. The area is extremely popular with birdwatchers.
