Villas are situated in an elevated position over-looking the pretty bay of Binibeca which is 500m or 8 mins walk away. This has a sandy beach and safe shallow waters with its famous beach bar/restaurant. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are within walking distance, airport and Mahon 20 min drive.

Notes on accommodation
Apart from the overhead fans every bedroom now also has a fan included.
To help protect from tiny wandering feet
the pool area is gated on both sides and also the steps leading up to each villa has a gate fitted at the top.
Outside
Pretty, exotic garden surrounds both villas, well lit patio around large private pool including underwater lighting (very romantic) with sunbeds, tables, chairs, garden parasols and 2 barbeques, outside shower. Both villas have separate roof terraces and front patios overlooking the sea.
Travel
Airport 20 min drive as is the capital of Menorca, Mahon.
Distances
10 min drive to San Lluis and half an hour to San Clementi with its Jazz Club every Tues night.

Deposit 20% at the time of booking, balance to be paid 1 month before departure to Menorca.
