All bedrooms feature french windows that open out to the extensive landscaped gardens with oval swimming pool, mature pines, palm trees and a riot of flowers and exotic plants. The large lounge in the main house has an open stone fireplace and leads out to terraces and alfresco dining areas. The charming adjoining guest cottage is available at a supplement for larger parties and has a double bedroom and large shower room as well as terraces above looking over the gardens and the mountains beyond.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property(s) per week in UK Pounds, based on day of arrival. A deposit of 30% is required on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before departure, plus a returnable deposit of £200 against breakages. Arrival dates and durations are flexible. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10 am. If the villa is booked without the cottage then the cottage will not be let separately. Pool and gardens will be reserved for the exclusive use of the main villa renter.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible but Saturday is preferred.

French windows that lead to the gardens and covered verandah plus beautiful views of the villa grounds and the mountains behind from two terraces on the roof of the cottage reached by stone steps. |

Notes on accommodation
This is not a modern villa, but is a traditional old style Mallorquin property. Our villa is cool and airy with mature trees shielding it from the sun. All bedroom have ceiling fans for the hotter nights.
Outside
The beautiful mature gardens are a major feature of this villa with large palms, pines, abundant bourgainvillea and exotic plants. Built at the same time as the villa, the private oval shaped pool is approximately 10x6m, but as with most older style pools, it is deep - 2 metres at the deep end, and approximately 1.3 metres at the shallow end. The pool area gets the sun virtually all day, and has sunbathing areas, large sunshades, and plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The garden is big enough to allow everyone their own private shady spot to read when the sun gets too hot.

5kms to the beaches of Puerto Pollenca.
Distances
Less than 1.5kms to the centre of the old town of Pollenca, with its excellent restaurants, shops and market. 5kms to Puerto Pollenca beaches and shops and nightlife.
