Notes on accommodation
Modern, spacious and luxuriously appointed villa comprising of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on two levels. The upstairs bedroom has double doors leading onto its own private balcony.All bedrooms have air-conditioning
Outside
Large private sun terrace and pool area. Pool measures 8.5m x 4m and area is almost totally enclosed making it suitable for children. Plenty of quality outside furniture comprising of tables/chairs, reclining sunbeds and cane chairs. Sun terrace to the side incorporates a BBQ area and a Weber BBQ is provided for guests use. This terrace overlooks the beautiful Mediterranean garden, with large shady lawn area, which has an automatic irrigation system. To the rear of the villa is a drying area and outside shower.
Coast/Beach
Superb sandy beach approx 5 mins drive. The water here is clean, clear and shallow making it ideal for children and bathers.
The beautiful fishing village of Fornells is approx 15 mins drive.
Golf
Son Parc Golf course and clubhouse is approx 5 mins drive.
Travel
Mahon airport is 20 mins by car or taxi. A car is not essential although we would recommend it and can provide details of local car hire at competitive rates.
Distances
5 mins drive to local supermarket, souvenir shops and a number of bars and restaurants.
15 mins drive to Mercadal - a small village which offers more comprehensive local shopping and banks.
25 mins drive to the port of Mahon - the capital of Menorca which offers fabulous shopping, bars and places to eat overlooking a most beautiful natural harbour.
