Situated in the rural area of Valley of Ternellas, C´an Solivellas offers comfortable accommodation on two levels. The L-shaped pool is set in an open terrace surround, bordered by a lawned and hedged garden. The open and covered terraces are convenient for relaxing, or dining, and there is a barbecue for alfresco meals. Roof terrace with views to Pollensa town and the valley of Ternellas. The villa has been renovated to preserve all its character. Its stone walls are 1m thick, enabling the interior to maintain a comfortable temperature. A very quiet place, enjoying the sun during the day and relaxing during the night with the illuminated garden and pool.

Bedrooms: First floor (accessed by two steep staircases): 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom is accommodated on one side of villa, whilst on the opposite side - another double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with ‘sunken’ bath.
Bathrooms: First floor 2 Bathrooms with bath/shower over, wc, bidet.
Ground Floor 1 Bathroom with bath/shower over, wc, bidet and a Toilet/wc exterior.
Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cooker etc.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron.
Living Rooms: Ground floor: Entrance hall leading to sitting areas, kitchen/dining area with door to terraces.
Sitting room with TV.
Other: Barbecue with terrace ,with separate gaz cooker, and minibar for alfresco meals.

Maid service once weekly. Towels and Linen are provided double once per week.

Coast/Beach
Contained within ten square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollensa (only ten minutes driving).

Golf
Golf Information. The Pollensa Golf Club is open to non members. The challenging 9 hole courses have been described as some of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean, with a clubhouse, a restaurant which also welcomes non-golfers, a swimming pool, rental of clubs, trolleys and golf cars also available. Tuition can be arranged and there are regular tournaments.

Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa:- The picturesque countryside around Pollensa is a colourful mixture of fertile fruit orchards and lightly wooded glades, bordered by hills to the south and dramatic rocky outcrops of Mallorca's northern mountains. Contained within ten square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollensa and inland to the quaint, historic small town of Pollensa itself. To the north the shores of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are fringed with kilometres of golden sand with water sports and ideal sun bathing for the more relaxing holiday. Both Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa offer a good selection of restaurants, ranging from cafes and tapas bars to fine dining. Pollensa, apart from its pretty square has the Via Crucis which is a notable attraction with its long stairway which ascends Calvary Hill, from which there are superb views over the coast. Puerto Pollensa is a pretty, unaffected resort that is a firm favourite with families. Sundays it is a market in Pollensa in the main square, where you can find “from products of land or fruits till a scissorsAlcudia and Puerto Alcudia:- (Only 15 minutes driving). The town of Alcudia and the compact port of Alcudia are situated on the neck of one of Mallorca's northern peninsulas. Many visit Alcudia for the beach alone, 11 kms of curving white sand that shelves gently into the sea, there are many beach-side cafés and restaurants, and a great variety of water sports. There are many other local activities to keep you occupied including horse riding and golf. The nightlife centres around the local bars and night-clubs which are lively but not rowdy. Alcudia, is just what you would expect from a beach holiday, with a range of nearby cultural sites to visit as well. There is the walled town of Alcudia itself, with Roman ruins and a lovely Sunday market. The port of Alcudia has a lovely old fishing village which lies at the northern end of the beach.

Breakage’s deposit 250 euros on arrival. This deposit is refundable and any breakage’s will be charged in full to this deposit. Trusting there are no breakages, the deposit will be refunded by cheque, on the day of your return.
