| Other: | The private garden has a patio supplied with garden furniture, sun loungers. There are two roof terraces leading out from the first floor level which can be used for more private sun bathing. |

Towels and linen are included and are changed every week. The villa is cleaned every Saturday. |

Coast/Beach
There are three beautiful sandy coves within 5 minutes walking distance from the villa.
Mondrago beach can be reached by car or road train within 10 minutes and is one of the most beautiful beaches in the area.
Golf
The Val D'Or 18 hole golf course is only a ten minute drive from the villa and has a large clubhouse with a very good restaurant.
Special interest holidays
Ideal for walking and cycling, particularly in out of season months. Boat trips to all the coved beaches can be organised.
Travel
Palma International Airport is 60 km distance from the villa and can be reached by car within 40 minutes.
Car hire is not essential once at the villa, although car hire can be arranged locally for sightseeing and days out. Pick up from airport can be arranged.
Distances
Marina is only 200 yards away.
Cala D'Or town can be reached within 15 minutes walk around the Marina.
Cala Egos is only 5 minutes walk, where supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be reached.
Caves of Drach is 15 minutes by car.
Palma city, with its beautiful cathedral and cosmopolitan shopping is only 40 minutes drive.
Aqua city is 30 minutes by car and Marineland is a 50 minute drive.
Booking notes
Prices are shown per villa per week and include the use of a safe, weekly cleaning and change of linen/towels. A deposit of 25% is payable on bookings and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure.A returnable security deposit of £150 is also required with the balance.
