The apartments are in a prime position in a complex with delighful gardens and three excellent well kept pools catering for all ages. The apartments are well equipped and maintained and its terrace has a superb view over woodland to the monastry of Monte Toro in the distance. The beach which is shallow and safe is considered to be perhaps the best on the island is a short walk away. Good restaurants exist within Son Parc and for gourmets a short drive should provide a memorable evening. Several supermarkets are close by. No smoking please.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two having two single beds and the third having two single beds, one sliding under the other giving the option of a single bed, two singles, or a double.
Two bathrooms, one having a bath and excellent shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin and the other a toilet and wash basin.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, washing machine and modern ceramic hob and oven and the usual appliances.
The sitting room is well furnished with two sideboards, a dining table three piece suite in Menorcan style, a MP3/CD player, has a side window and sliding door to the terrace and barbeque with has a table and parasol, six chairs and two sun beds.
There are four effective enclosed fans two of which are also heaters for early and late season evenings.

The apartment has three bedrooms, two with two single beds and the third with bunk beds.
Cloak room with WC and wash basin, and a bathroom with bath, shower, WC, wash basin and bidet.
The kitchen is well fitted with cooker, fridge freezer microwave and washing machine.
The open plan living/dining room with TV opens out onto the secluded terrace with sun beds and dining facilities and barbeque.

 

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is well suited for all ages but as with most of Son Parc, there are many steps.
Allocated parking bay.

Outside
The terrace has a barbeque, table, parasol and eight chairs and two sun beds. The three pools are shared with all on the Ses Amfores complex. One is rectangular and about 5ft depth, one is kidney shaped with a shallow end of about 3ft depth running up to about 8ft. The third is circular and about 18ins depth for toddlers.
The main asset of the terrace is the view of Monte Toro and woodland.

Coast/Beach
Beach: about 300 yards away. A safe shallow beach with soft sand. Two beach bars nearby.

Golf
Son Parc Golf Club is about 1 mile away. The course is of a high standard now with 18 holes.

Special interest holidays
Menorca is an excellent location for those interested in ornithology, sailing, rambling and gastronomy or for just sitting watching the world go by.

Travel
Mahon Airport about 25 minutes drive away.
Car hire will add greatly to your holiday.
