The house is within easy walking distance to three historic villages; Fornalutx, Binairaix and Soller, and a ten minute drive to the beaches.

Changeover day
Flexible and dependant upon demand. Arrival after 3pm. Departure 10am.

Outside
Cascading over the wall is a gorgeous bank of bouganvillia. You will find Lavander, Rosemary, Thyme and other herbs as well as many varieties of flowers and cacti. Nearby are Jacaranda, Mimosa, Lemon and Orange trees. A handsome fountain gives the melodious sounds of flowing water. At the foot of the garden is a small terrace overlooking the western mountains. The patio has table and chairs and a large umbrella, more table and chairs are inside the garden. On the 2nd floor is a terrace with table and chairs and a window access to the kitchen (lovely to pass drinks through for sunset watching and later dinner while watching the rising moon and stars).
Coast/Beach
The port of Soller and beaches are about a ten minute drive away from the house. The famous vintage wooden trams take 10 mins from soller to the port. At the port there are 2 beaches set across from each other in the bay, one of which-The Repic is in a pedestrianised zone and is the quieter of the two. There are also beautiful coves in Deia and Valldemosa within an hours drive.
Golf
Mallorca has a number of quality courses with Son Termens being the nearest. The course is aprox 25 minutes drive.
Travel
Palma airport is a 45 minute drive away, where a hirecar can be picked up. A train runs between Soller and Palma.
A car is recommended.
Distances
Less than 5 min drive to Soller and Fornalutx the nearest villages, and a wonderful short walk up to Binaraix.
Further details
Soller has all the shops, restaurants, banks and markets you will need. Fornalutx has one food shop, restaurants and 3 bars.
There is a recently opened cinema/shopping complex/Festival Park within a 30 min drive. The complex has shopping, international restaurants, bowling alley and reptile park.

We require a non-refundable BACS transfer of 25% to confirm booking. Reservations and balance to be transferred at least 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. Please ensure that you send us your arrival and departure times as soon as possible so we can arrange our representative to meet you, hand over the keys and explain how everything works.
