Outside
Outside there is a large L shaped private swimming pool with roman steps. The pool can be heated at an extra charge if required. The very pretty garden is mostly lawn with mature trees and shrubs with stunning views of the mountains. There is a built-in BBQ on the terrace adjoining the kitchen and a further oak table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are plenty of sunbeds and patio furniture for extra seating.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful beaches of Pollensa are minutes away. Towards Llenaire the beaches are quieter or you might prefer to be close to the many beach side shops and restaurants. The beaches are very well maintained and are cleaned every evening.
Golf
There are two golf courses very nearby. Pollensa Golf which is about a 5 minute drive from the villa. There is also the new Alcanada golf course which is 18 holes with magnificient views of the sea and is approximately a 15 minutes drive. Both are set in beautiful surroundings and offer plenty of shade from the sun.
Travel
The nearest airport is Palma and is approx a 40 min drive. We recommend hiring a car to fully appreciate what the North of Majorca has to offer.
Distances
The Port of Pollensa is approximately a 5 minute drive. The very pretty old town of Pollensa is approximately 8-10 minutes. The lively resort of Alcudia is approximately a 10 minute drive.
