Changeover day
As we always try to fit in with our guests, we are flexible on the changeover day. This will enable you to get the best possible deal on your flights, and we will try and fit in around you wherever possible.
Notes on accommodation
These properties are perfect for couples, famillies with small children and extended famillies wishing to holiday together but still have their own privacy. The complex is small and peaceful and is ideal for famillies with young children. All of our properties have quality fixtures & fittings, furniture and linen, and the decor is homely and comfortable. We offer everything you need for a wonderful relaxing holiday.
Outside
All of our apartments have sun loungers, patio furniture including outdoor dining tables and 6 chairs, and bbq's. The 2 communal circular pools are set around a large tiled sunbathing area which have feature waterfalls housing a raised bubble pool where you can sit and relax. Each apartment has its own car parking space for guests, and the carpark is secured by electronic gates. See our web site link below for more information.
Coast/Beach
Cala d'Or is renowned for its beautiful coves and beaches, with soft sand and warm shallow waters you are never far away from the sea. The nearest beaches are Es Forte and Cala Egos, which are only a 4-5 min stroll from the apartments.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Val d'Or Golf, which is just a 10 min drive away. The Course is well maintained and offers excellent facilities with magnificent views from the dining room and terrace where lunch and dinner is served.
Travel
Palma Airport is just 40 mins away by car, and full directions are given prior to your holiday. Taxis are always available at the airport as are many car hire firms. Our guests usually use a company called Economy Car Hire. We can arrange taxi transfer to the resort if required.
Distances
Cala d'Or centre is 1.5km away and the resort of Cala Egos is on your door step. Cala Longa (The Harbour) is a 5-10 min stroll away and by walking around the Harbour you come to Cala dOr centre itself. There is also a small 'road' train which travels to and from the centre regularly throughout the day, as well as doing trips to other local beaches. This is a very reasonable form of transport and very popular with children..
Further details
Cala Egos and Cala d'Or offer a wide range of activities for both adults and children. These include scuba-diving, horse riding, cycling, tennis, quad biking, golf, mini-golf, go-karts, trampolines, fishing trips, glass bottom boat and speed boat trips etc. Both resorts have plenty of well-stock supermarkets, lovely restaurants to suit all tastes and shops of all kinds - including souvenir shops, leather outlets and jewellery shops. Booking notes
Please enquire via email or call on the number listed below. When making a booking, once confirmed by ourselves in writing, a deposit of £300 is required to secure the desired dates, the balance being payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
