Stunning historic house, in an amazing location, just off the main square. Full renovation completed in July 2008, new kitchen, 3 bathrooms, all new furniture and beds. All new linens. Adsl and computor at the house!!! The two beaches at Port de Soller are a 7 minute drive. Both the Port, town of Soller and Fornalutx offer many fantastic restaurants and bars, bike rental, Mallorca vacation property, soller vacation property, boat rental and transportation to the rest of the island.

Changeover day
Preferably arrival should be after 3pm and departure by 10.30am. We will endeavour to be flexible on this by prior arrangement.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | 4 large bedrooms and 2 on suite baths, new large jucuzzi bath tastefully decorated. large loft is located on a top level over looking the Saloon wich makes 1 of the bedrooms. Satellite TV in both larger bedrooms. |
| Bathrooms: | 3 bathrooms are completely new. The other is large. all are full baths with tubs and 1 jucuzzi. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is new, with new appliances. Beautifully designed to blend the old with the new. |
| Living Rooms: | New leather couch with matching chairs and ottomens. TV has satellite. Stereo system is in the living room, with all of the necessary equipment. |
| Other: | Great size swimming pool and Amazing views. Reading room above entrada, has 2 comfortable chairs with ottamens. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linens and towels are included. Cleaning is on a weekly basis and will be charged at 15 Euros per head. |

The Port of Soller is a 7 minute drive from soller. A fun way to get there is to take the historic tram from the centre of the town of Soller. There are two beaches and fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. Also car, bike, kayak and boat rental. the house is a 2 minute walk from the main Plaza.

Hiking guides available with notice. Mountain bikes available at 100 euros a week.
Travel
30 minutes by car to Palma International Airport. The beach and harbour is 7 min away. The town of Soller is 5 mins away. Car hire available with notice.

Soller has many bars and restaurants, 8 banks, a very well stocked supermarket, and a Catholic church.The beach and harbour is 7 mins away at Port of Soller with many restaurants and bars. There are all kinds of boat rentals available in the Port. The best trails and hiking in Mallorca.
Booking notes
50% Deposit required on booking. This will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the rental date. Outside this period half will be refunded. The balance is payable 3 weeks before arrival or by arrangement. A fully refundable 150 Euros deposit will be required against breakages and damage.
