Central location provides easy access to Mallorca's famous beaches, mountain walks and Albufera nature reserve.

Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day, however this is flexible provided this fits in with the booking schedule.

Farmhouse breakfasts on request. Paellas on request. Baby sitting on request. We are offering Free for four people; Christmas day lunch, New years day cava breakfast and Three Kings lunch for anyone booking on those dates. 2008. Cyclists welcome. BOOK NOW for 'The Challenge Illes Balears-XIII Volta a Mallorca' will once more starts the European professional cycling calendar. The Mallorcan race will be held between February 1 and 5 and will have the participation of the best cyclists in the world, a total of over 300 racers and 19 teams, including the Illes Balears-Banesto.
Accessibility
A parking area can be found at the side of the barn which is suitable for a small car. This gives one level access to the ground floor area including the twin bedroom. Parking at the main house means negotiating uneven steps to the barn. The wooden stairs leading to the upper level are open and without handrail.
Outside
The swimming pool 4m x 9m mosaic tiled pool and BBQ area are shared with the owners. The pool area does not have guard rails therefore young children need to be supervised at all times.
Coast/Beach
Main beaches north and south are within a 20 minute drive.
Golf
The barn is within 20 minute drive from some of Mallorca's finest golf courses eg. Royal Bendinat, Pula and Marriotts Son Antelm.
Special interest holidays
The barn is superbly located to allow visitors to enjoy leisure or activity holidays. All major sports can be enjoyed and cycling routes, sailing, mountain walking, hiking, horse riding, pony trekking and golf facilities are all within easy reach. Painters are welcome and will enjoy the proximity to Mallorca's rural panorama.
Travel
Palma airport 20 mins. Inca train station 5 min. Car hire is recommended. Taxi service will collect from Inca.

Further details
Inca is a thriving market town with all major facilities such as supermarkets, banks, post office and chemist shops. Cellar restaurants and wine bodegas are also popular venues for visitors. Inca market every Thursday.
