A spacious, well appointed private villa offering everything to make special holidays. Set in mature gardens with shady and sunny terraces for sunbathing, external living and al-fresco dining. The 8x4x1.2m (deep). heated pool is great for swimming and safer for children to play. The large sunny roof terrace looks over the golf course to the ocean 1.5 km away. Internally the villa provides spacious luxury accommodation: lounge with internal dining, master bedrom with en-suite, three twin bedrooms, luxury family bthrm, fully equipped kitchen. Relax or play in the pool and gardens, play golf or have a drink at the 5* club house (2 minutes walk). 20 minutes walk takes you to a safe sandy beach with lagoons; a modern mall with supermarket, shops, bank, restaurants, bars, cinema and bowling. Calete de Fuste (5 mins taxi, 45 mins walk) provides a further range of restaurants, bars, and shops, a large gently sloping sandy beach and a small port offering a range of water sports.

All linen, and bath, hand and kitchen tools included. Villa is cleaned and bed linnen changed weekly. Towels changed twice weekly. Additional cleaning, linnen and towels changes can be easily arranged if required. |
Accessibility
Suitability for disabled people. There is one small step (15cm / 6 inches) in the garden and another at the entrance to the villa. Otherwise the villa and terraces are flat and suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Outside
Private swimming pool 8m x 4m and 1.2m deep is suitable for swimming, while being safer for children to play. The pool area is enclosed within a balustrade and a child gate can be provided to close it off to protect children. The pool can be heated at an additional cost of £40 per week. The pool and patio areas are cleaned twice weekly.
Coast/Beach
Sandy beaches and lagoons are 3 minutes by car or 20 minutes walking along wide footpaths.
Fuerteventura is the second largest and least populated of the major Canary islands. Around its coast it has miles of golden sandy beaches that cater for all tastes and abilities. There are safe gently sloping beaches and lagoons protected from the full force of the sea by breakwaters. There are also exhilirating beaches for the more adventurous.
Golf
The villa sits three minutes walk from the first tee of the Spanish Open Championship Golf course. Residents at the villa enjoy discounted fees. A second new 18 hole course sits next to this (25 minutes walk, 5 minutes by car). A further course lies about 1 hour by car.
Special interest holidays
Fuerteventura provides some of the best wind and kite surfing on the planet and is home to windsufing championships. Deep sea fishing trips leave from the small port at Caleta, or fish from the shore line 1.5km away.
Inland the island has a varied dramatic landscape with desert, volcanoes (extinct), peaks offering great striking views to the coast and ocean. Local villages still retain tradtional character of life before tourism, and there are some fantastic restaurants to discover local cuisine.
Travel
The villa lies about 10km from the airport: less than 10 minutes travel by car or taxi. A taxi from the airport costs around €10.
Distances
Atlantico Centro, a modern air-conditioned mall with supermarket, shops, bank, restaurants and bars: 3mins. by car or 25 mins. walking along good footpaths.
Calete de Fuste 5 minutes by car or 45 minutes walking along good footpaths. Taxi €5. A free bus runs between the golf course (2 mins. from the villa) and the Mall and Caleta de Fuste.
Puerto del Rosario (Island Captilal) 15 mins. by car. Regular busses leave from Centro Atlantico.
