Our recently beautifully refurbished south facing apartment, has stunning views over the old town, harbour and across the sea to Fuerteventura. It is located in a prime position on a very secure complex of only 26 apartments, with its own private swimming pool, terraces and sun loungers for you to soak up the sun all day! There is parking right outside our apartment and entrance is through a secure reception room. The complex is in a quiet area, yet within 2 minutes from a supermarket, hairdresser, butcher, shops, bars and restaurants, all situated around beautiful gardens with fish ponds and stunning views over the harbour. There is a small beach 5 minutes walk away or 5km of stunning, sandy beaches 10 minutes away in the New Town. In the Old harbour you can watch the locals playing boules while enjoying a superb meal. Boat trips, diving, dolphin and whale spotting, fishing, sailing and all water sports are catered for here. There is even a submarine safari from the harbour!

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Thursday but this is flexible. The apartment will be available from 14.00hrs on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. We can be flexible on these times if circumstances allow.

Bedrooms: Studio apartment with two single beds each with a brand new comfortable mattress, bedside table and lamp and large double wardrobe.
Bathrooms: Fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower, basin and WC.
Kitchen: Kitchenette with double hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and all cooking utensils.
Living Rooms: Living area with new, comfortable armchairs, table, TV and radio. Large free standing fan to keep you cool!
Other: The very private balcony has table and chairs for dining and soaking up the sun and views! There is also a folding washing
line. The complex has a large washing machine and tumble dryer for your use.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Two bath towels, two hand towels and tea towels etc. plus fresh, clean linen is provided. Weekly maid service is provided to clean, change towels and replace linen. A safe is also provided. Towels are not available for beach or pool.

No smokers please. Children under 12 are not accepted and no pets.

Accessibility
There are a few steps up to the apartment so it is not suitable for wheelchairs or disabled.

Outside
There is a large sun terrace with two sun beds for you and a swimming pool for the use of the complex.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to small sandy beach and 10 minutes walk to the main long sandy beach. The coast is wonderful for cyclists and walkers as it is so diverse.

Golf
Nearest golf course is at Costa Teguise.

Travel
Arrecife airport is a 15 minute drive and costs approximately 10 euros by taxi. Car hire is not necessary. Should you wish to hire a car to tour the island, rather than go by coach, you can hire one either at the airport or in Puerto del Carmen, on either a daily or weekly basis.

Distances
The pretty marina at Puerto Calero is nearby. The famous Timanfaya National Park, Fire Mountains, Caves and Jameos del Agua with its lagoon, Tequise market and many more attractions are all within a short drive.

Further details
Lanzarote is well known for its volcanic, lunar type landscape, lava fields, caves, camels, palms and beaches. Some of the sights to see include the volcanic house of the famous Spanish artist and sculpture, Cesar Manrique and his magnificent cactus gardens with over 1400 species, the National Park of Timanfaya where you can bus trip to the summit of the volcanoes. You can also go to the famous Sunday market at Teguise, have a round of golf or even a camel ride! Maybe you will want to take a boat trip across to the islands of Fuerteventura or Lobos. The capitol, Arrecife has a lot to offer too. There are tours that can be booked through any operator.

Booking notes
Bookings will be taken with a deposit of £85per week or fortnight and confirmation of flight information. The balance due, is payable the day after arrival, to our Agent, who will be there to help you in any way.
