Exterior access to pool area in 1200 m2 garden. The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and is heatable. The pool, which forms the central part of the property, is set in an open terrace and is enclosed by the aforementioned living and sleeping accommodation. The enclosed pool area provides a lovely spot for both private sunbathing and for taking in the pleasant views of the 4th hole of Costa Teguise golf course. The villa has open terraces with barbecue, table and seating for alfresco dining. Maid service twice weekly. The beach and shops in Playa Bastian are 2.2 kms away.

Coast/Beach
Located in Costa Teguise at 2,2 km from the beaches and neighbour with the golf course. You can practice sailing (ask us), surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, trecking, delta, tennis, jetski, montain-byking, swimming, fishing, scuba diving, horse and camel riding, karting, quad, submarine and catamaran excursions. Water park at 5 minutes for kids.
Golf
Villa Can-iern has a view over the golf course. 18 hole golf course is within a 2 minutes from the house. Reminiscent of earlier style courses where comfort and plenty of elbow room went hand in hand with good golf. A most unusual feature is the black volcanic sand in the bunkers. From the Clubhouse terrace, the panoramic views across the island towards the Atlantic are pleasant additions to the general charms and challenge of Lanzarote golf.
