Set on a luxurious well kept complex. An ideal location. These spacious apartments have just been refurbished. One has a large double bedroom and spacious twin bedroom, The other has spacious double and single bedroom. The apartments have a plasma TV, DVD, and other home comforts. The complex is in an excellent location with sea views and only a small walk to the harbour and bars and 10 minute walk to the main beach. The is a pool bar and mini market. They also hire cots, car seats, baby walkers, prams and anything else you can think of at a small cost.

Towels and Bedlinen included, 2 Towels per person provided on arrival. Towels changed at end of the week if two week stay. All bedding and towels are new. If towel change is required midweek to be negotiated with cleaner - additional charge. |
Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is on the ground floor of 2 floors. Both lead onto the pool area with adult and baby pool and small playground and is therefore ideal for young children. The terrace is enclosed with balustrade and lockable gate.

Accessibility
The property is accessible, thought there a a few steps to pool and apartments. Parking available.
Outside
The gardens and settings are beautiful, particularly the views of the sea and mountains. Each has a large enclosed 20 sq.m. terrace which leads onto pools and bar area. There is a new BBQ and patio set. The adult pool is large and well kept and the baby pool is safe and inviting. There are new patio sets and parasols around the pool. The pool is shared between the other 49 apartments. There is also a pool bar serving food and drink and mini market.
Coast/Beach
The small beach which has been awarded the blue flag and harbour is 8 minutes walk away. The main beach which runs for miles with golden sand and flanked by shops and bars is approximately ten minutes walk. The Bios Fera shopping complex is only an 8 minute walk away.
Golf
There are various golf courses nearby. A new one only a couple of miles away near Peurto Calero.
Special interest holidays
Ideal for scuba divers. Only 8 minute walk to Play Chica Bay when all the diving and watersports take place.
Travel
Arrecife airport is 10 minutes and approx 15 euros by taxi. Car hire is not essential but recommended to see all of the island and make the most of your holiday. The bus stop is just a minute walk from the entrance of the apartments and regular buses travel to the beach from the entrance.
Distances
The small beach and harbour is 8 minutes walk away. The main beach and shops are approximately ten minutes walk. The Boes Fera shopping complex is only an 8 minute walk away. Puerto Calero is only 5 minutes by car and Playa Blanca is 20 minutes by car. Arrecife is approx 15 minutes by car. There is an abundance of places to visit such as Fire mountain, water parks, and Cactus Gardens all within easy access via bus links.
Further details
Banks, shops, bars, restaurants are all within a short walk away. The harbour, bars, shops and small beach is only 8 minute walk. The main strip in the new town being approx 10-15 min walk or two minute taxi ride costing 2 euros. There is a bank and range of shops and supermarkets just outside the entrance.
Booking notes
Booking to be made by email or telephone. Deposits to be paid by cheque if time of booking is longer than 6 weeks prior to stay. Remainder to be sent 6 weeks prior to stay. Payment in full if within 6 weeks of stay. There will be a 25 euro deposit for safe ket, dvd, ermotes etc. This is returned on receipt of these items.
