Within walking distance is a new shopping complex complete with large supermarket, bars, restaurants, designer shops, hairdressers. There is also a bowling alley and 10 screen cinema.

Changeover day
Please note arrival is after 3.30pm and departure from the villa is 10am. However for your convenience should there be no other guests departing on the day you arrive or arriving the day you depart these times are not applicable.

All towels and linen are included and changed weekly. Property cleaned weekly but midweek clean can be available for an extra charge. Pool clean twice weekly. |

Outside
Private heated Roman swimming pool. On veranda has patio table and 6 chairs with large parasol. There are 6 sun loungers. The large roof terrace is perfect for sunbathing and has panoramic views of the golf course, sea and mountains. There is also a barbecue outside.
Coast/Beach
Fuerteventura is famous for its white sandy beaches. Jandia to the south of the island rivals the Caribbean. The nearest beach is just a 5 min walk from the villa.
Golf
Casa José is located directly on Fuerteventura's golf resort which was home to the 2004 Spanish Open. The villa overlooks the 10th tee and 18th green and has amazing views and is so peaceful and calm. A second golf course is being built just 10 mins away.
Travel
Casa Jose is only a 10 min drive from the airport. Taxis are plentiful and very cheap. Car hire is not essential but to enjoy the island to the maximum it would be recommended.

Airport 10 min drive. Caleta 15/20 min stroll. Correllejo
Puerto del Rosario 12km.
Booking notes
30% non refundable deposit payable to confirm booking. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival full amount is required.
A breakage deposit of £150/€200 is payable to the management company on arrival. Small breakages like glasses etc do not apply

The weather was glorious all week, the villa is beautiful and in the most perfect location and we had an extremely chilled out, relaxing time - couldn't have asked for better, it was all perfect!
