The main house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds with room for a 3rd temporary bed(suitable for young children) if required. There is a family shower room serving these bedrooms. Two further bedrooms are available in the separate annexe which is set in the gardens and only opened for parties of 7 or more. The bedrooms are very spacious one with a double bed and the other 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds. Both share a full bathroom. Two z-beds can be made available for use in the main house or the annexe bringing the maximum occupancy to 14. These beds are more suited to children/teenagers. We can also provide a cot and highchair (bedding is not supplied for the cot).

Notes on prices
Prices in UK pounds per week based up to 4 persons sharing, £90 for each additional guest.
Pool heating for 2008 £70 per week. 1 cot, 1 highchair available at no extra charge.
Changeover day
Thursday is the main changeover but Sunday or Monday will be accommodated where possible although in some cases this may incur an additional charge.

Accessibility
Unfortunately this property is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The gardens are extensive and provide a great deal of privacy aswell as fantastic sea and mountain views. The pool is large in size 12 x 6m and heated by an electric pool heater if required. The pool cover must be put on when the pool is not in use to retain the temperatures.
Coast/Beach
15 min walk to local beach, shops, restaurants and historic harbour.
Golf
The nearest golf course at the moment is in Costa Teguise but watch out for the fab new golf course in Puerto del Carmen which is going to be a 2 minute drive from this villa.
Skiing
Sorry no snow, only heaps of sunshine, although there are lots of companies on the Island take people water ski-ing, jet ski-ing or diving.
Travel
15 mins drive to the Arrecife airport. Car hire is available and recommended to visit the many tourist attractions on the Island, however if a week by the pool is all that is required taxis are cheap to get about locally and readily available in the old town.
Distances
The historic old town with its harbour,beach,restaurants & bars is a 15mins walk away. The airport a 15min drive away and Puerto Calero is a 5min drive from this perfectly located villa.
Further details
The main strip of Puerto Del Carmen can be found just 5mins walk from the old town and here you will find the many more sandy beaches, shops and night clubs.
Booking notes
A £200 deposit is required for each week requested with full payment to be paid no less than 4 weeks before arrival date. A security deposit of £200 or €300 is collected on arrival and returned on departure by the house manager. This is in place to ensure the villa is left in the same condition it is found on arrival enabling us to provide the same standard of accommodations for all of our guests. Departure time from this villa is 10am on the morning of departure day.
