A comfortable lounge with French doors leading onto the sun terrace and the swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by an extensive garden with maturing shrubs and cacti.

Prices are for 4 people sharing the property per week in UK Pounds. We will negotiate a discount for longer winter lets, or last minute bookings.
Changeover day
Changeover day is normally on a Thursday, but we can accommodate alternative days. We ask our guests to arrive after 4pm and depart by 10am.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is beautifully furnished and fully equipped with oven/grill, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all the necessary utensils. Facilities include a breakfast bar and stools. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a vaulted ceiling and a tiled marble floor creating a cool airy feeling. It is furnished with leather settees with an antique pine wall unit and sideboard. Entertainment includes satellite TV, DVDs, videos and a Hi Fi system. |
| Other: | The dining room with large teak table that will seat up to 10 people. It has fully opening French doors and a wonderful view of Montana Roja. |

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is suitable for individuals, couples and families alike. The swimming pool is enclosed and has entrance gates to help keep little ones from straying. We are able to rent cots and highchairs for the duration of your stay. We also provide a small safe for your valuables.

Outside
The heated swimming pool is 3.5m x 7m (depth 1.8m to 1.2m) and is cleaned twice a week. We provide sun beds with cushions, and outdoor furniture. There is a sun terrace and a barbecue.
Coast/Beach
The immediate coastline is rugged and rocky and is just 5-10 minutes walk away. There is a block paved promenade coastal path ideal for those who like to stoll by the sea. For those who want a protected beach for the children, Playa Flamingo is about 3.5km away, alternatively, Papagayo beach (the best on the island) if a short drive away.
Special interest holidays
There are several scuba-diving clubs in the area that dive daily off the local shores.
Travel
Arrecife airport is 30 minutes away. Car hire is highly recommended. We can recommend a competitive hire company, if required. Otherwise a reasonably priced bus service is available for those trips into Playa Blanca, and a connecting service is available from town to Arricife.
Distances
Playa Blanca is only a 5 minute drive away. The Spanish restaurants on the seafront promenade are ideal for an evening out or just to relax in the sunshine during the day. From the small harbour you can catch a ferry accross to Fuerteventura and enjoy the sea and sand dunes it has to offer.

A 25% non-refundable deposit secures the booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before your depature.

Hello Sheila, I'd just like to thank you for renting your excellent villa to us. My family and I had a great time staying there and exploring the beautiful island. I honestly can say that we'll never stay in a hotel or apartment again. We can't wait to get back on Papagayo beach.
