| Bedrooms: | The 'Venecia Room' has twin beds, Venecia furnishings and fitted wardrobes. The upstairs 'Red Room' has twin beds and French doors leading through to the private balcony and the master double bedroom has both mountain and ocean views. |
| Bathrooms: | Adjacent to the Venecia Room is a shower room with WC, WHB and shower. The upsairs Red Room has its own en-suite shower room and the ultra modern master bedroom a full luxury en-suite bathroom. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen consists of luxurious wall and floor units, topped with marble and enhanced by top quality appliances by Siemens and Bosch, including oven hob, Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Free enhanced Welcome Pack provided too. |
| Utility Room: | Leading on from the kitchen is the large utility room with Bosch washing machine and dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | The dining area and lounge contains some beautiful original paintings, contemporary furnishings, extendable dining table and chairs, exquisite L-shaped sofa, a large 42” Phillips flatscreen television with English and Spanish channels, DVD and CD player. |

Coast/Beach
Beautiful golden beaches abound on the island such as Fañabe beach and the pretty beach at Del Duque only 5 minutes drive away.
Golf
Adeje Golf Course clubhouse is a few minutes walk away, whether you prefer the par 72 'Old Course' Championship Golf Course, the 9 hole Los Lagos par 33, or just to sharpen up your game on the fanciest driving range you have ever seen! Other courses between 5-20 minutes drive away are at Golf del Sur, Golf Las Americas, Amarilla Golf and the prestigious Abama Golf Course.
Travel
Luxurious Villa Luca is approx. 20 minutes drive from the airport at Tenerife Sur, the Reina Sofia Airport. The villa is situated in a residential area and thus hiring a car is recommended.
Distances
You will not fail to be impressed by the views from Villa Luca and the nearby Canarian Adeje Town as well as the fishing village of La Caleta which are both only one kilometre away and have an abundance of high quality restaurants and bars. The busy and popular towns of Las Americas and Los Cristianos and also less than 10 minutes drive away. And don't forget Southern Tenerife's latest water attraction Siam Park is just on your doorstep!
