This detached villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and enjoys its own spacious and secluded private garden. It has a gated private drive. This new property has been tastefully and stylishly furnished to provide maximum comfort. Within the tiled and walled garden with it’s large heated swimming pool, there are sun loungers, tables and chairs and a barbecue for alfresco eating, with the addition of a spacious roof terrace from which to watch the sun go down over a glass of wine – or two! Approximately 1km from the centre of Corralejo and the famous sand dunes. It is within easy reach of many of the best beaches in the north of the island. There are plenty of superbly stocked supermarkets in Corralejo as well as local stores and cafes within a short walking distance.

Pool heating £45 per week. Special rate if booked for Christmas and New Year or long stays.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Wednesday but it can be flexible. The villa will be available from 14:00 on the first day of the rental period. The villa must be vacated by 10:00 on the last day of the rental period.

| Kitchen: | Large separate kitchen with plenty of work space, oven, ceramic hob with extractor, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher. Fully equipped with pans, cutlery, crockery, coffee pot, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker etc. |
| Utility Room: | Separate large utility with washing machine, ironing and drying facilities and plenty of room for cases to be stored. |
| Living Rooms: | The villa is all one level and comfortably furnished with 2 leather 3-seated sofas, armchair, coffee tables, with satellite TV/DVD and CD player. The separate dining area seats 6, has side board and access via patio doors to the terrace and pool area. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and towels are provided and are laundered once a week. Beach towels are not provided. Additional services are available if requested. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa is all on one level so is ideal for the young and elderly, the living areas are light, airy and open planned. Bedrooms and bathrooms can be closed off from the living space by a door giving those in bed peace and quiet, great for families.

The villa is wheelchair friendly.
Outside
The villa has its own private heated swimming pool with Roman steps leading you into the water. The pool has a rollable solar cover which can be used to keep the heat in, when not in use. There is a poolside shower for your convenience.
The large terrace/patio areas include 6 sun loungers, 2 large tables and reclining chairs, sun parasol and barbeque. The stairway from the patio leads to the sun roof terrace which has stunning views looking out to the sea Isla de Lobos and Lanzarote and in the other direction fabulous mountain views. This terrace has sun loungers for you to soak up the all year round sun shine in private.
Coast/Beach
The villa is about 10/15 minutes walk to various beaches in Corralejo, 15 minutes walk to the harbour.
Golf
There is an excellent golf course at Caleta de Fuste about 30 minutes by car or taxi.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is approximately 30 minutes from the villa by car or taxi. Private pick up to the villa can be arranged.
Distances
Approximately 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of Corralejo and the famous sand dunes. It is within easy reach of many of the best beaches in the north of the island. There are plenty of superbly stocked supermarkets in Corralejo as well as local stores and cafes all within a short walking distance and only 5/10 minutes walk to new Baku water and theme park.

To check availabilty please telephone or email the owner. A deposit of £200 to be paid at time of booking and the balance 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. A refundable deposit of £150 to cover damage. We do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the villa and recommend that you take out suitable insurance before travelling to the island.
