The villa is only minutes away from a man-made beach on the complex and only 10 minutes away from beach. The complex is 10 minutes walking distance from a selection of bars, restaurants and wide variety of shops. There is a fantastic bus service that takes you into the capital of Lanzarote Arrecife and also the resort Puerto del Carmen. There are plenty of car hire places within Costa Teguise where you can see a lot of the beautiful sites of Lanzarote.

The Montana Plaza where this villa is situated is closest to the amenities on the complex and is wheelchair/pushchair friendly. The villa is flat and there are no stairs.

Coast/Beach
The complex is a 10 minute walk from the beach.

There is a golf course 15 minutes drive away.

Travel
The airport in Arrecife is 15-20 mins away from Costa Teguise. Taxi service is excellent.

Distances
Lanzarote is a small island and if you hire a car you could see the island in a couple of days. There are many places to see e.g. Mirador del Rio, which is a breathtaking view over the hills. There is a weekly market in Lanzarote. There are plenty of shops etc nearby.

Booking notes
Either book through the website or contact us by sms. A £50 deposit is required per weekly booking. The full payment will be paid 1 month in advance to travelling. Keys will either be sent to the customers or collected on arrival.
