Casa Spice is a complex of 6 two-bedroom apartments; Relax In The Solar Heated Pool,and Heated Jacuzzi. They are inside a secure walled garden in a nice residential area, about 4 minutes walk to the nearest beach, and only 8 mins to the town centre. There is a small commercial centre, with a supermarket, shops and restaurants only 3-4 minutes walk from Casa Spice. Disabled access is a prominent feature in one of these apartments, with grab rails in the bathroom and easy wheelchair access to the apartment. We also supply a 3-in-1 shower, and a commode chair if needed.We do not charge for these. We hire a Class Two Mobility Scooter. Please contact us for more details. There are flyscreens and security grids on all windows. The apartments are finished to a high standard and have everything you need. A car is not needed, unless you want to explore the island. You are within walking distance of everything - the market, the water park, the town and the pure white sandy beaches.

Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | There are twin beds in one bedroom with fitted wardrobes. In the other bedroom, there is a King Size bed, this room also has fitted wardrobes. There are fly screens and security shutters in all rooms. There is a Safe in the apartment. |
| Bathrooms: | The large bathroom has a walk-in-shower. Sink and WC. There are grab rails in the bathroom and a drop down seat in the shower. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen has a full cooker and four ring hob. A large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. A set of 4 saucepans, frying pan. All cups, plates, dishes, glasses, cutlery. The kitchen has fitted cupboards. |
| Utility Room: | There is an outside laundry room with two washers and plenty of room to dry your clothes. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has English TV, radio, DVD player. A large sofa and chair. There is a large dining table, and four chairs. It has patio doors that open on to your own Patio. This has your own sun beds on it. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are provided (exept beach towels). Everything is changed weekly. The owner lives locally and will call round every day to see if you need anything. We will take you to the supermarket to do your shopping. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartments are suitable for children. We have a cot, baby bath and high chair. We also supply the cot bedding. We also have a child gate for the patio door. All this at no extra charge. There are flyscreens and security grids on all windows. We can arrange airport pick up.
Accessibility
The apartment has been adapted with disability in mind. There are no steps. A wheel chair will go through all the doors. The large walk -in-shower has a drop down seat, that folds up against the wall when not needed with grab rails in the bathroom and easy wheelchair access to the apartment. Outside
8 metre Solar heated pool, hot jacuzzi, communal barbecue, pool-side sun beds. There are sun beds on your patio for your private use,they also have cushions on them for your comfort. Tables and chairs on your patio, sun bed on your patio. A nice secure pretty garden. The complex has a locked gate and an intercom at the gate to your apartment.
Coast/Beach
To walk to the beach will take about 4 mins. All the beaches are soft pure white sand. Power kites, buggies and mountain boards can be hired at Flag beach. To walk along the beach to flag beach will take about 15 mins. By car about 5 mins.
You can walk along the beach to the centre of town,and the harbour. There are some nice restaurants, bars at the harbour.
This will take about 8/9 mins.There is a bar/restaurant that provide sun loungers, you can go there, relax and watch the sun set.
Golf
We have two golf courses on the island which are about an half hour drive from Corralejo. The Corralejo golf society will pick you up in Corralejo and take you to the course and bring you back. There is no charge for this. One of the courses was designed by the twice world champion Manolo Pinero. The other held the Spanish open championship.
Travel
There is only one airport on Fuerteventura. From the airport to the apartment is about 38km. It takes 30 mins from the airport to the apartments. Unless you want to explore the island, there is no need to hire a car. We can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport. We can, on request provide you with a map on how to get to the apartment.
Distances
You are a 5 min walk to the town centre of Corralejo. The island of Lobos lies 2km off the coast of Fuerteventura. There are boats running throughout the day to take you there. The new water park is a 10 min walk from the apartments. El Cotillo is a 20 min drive from the apartments and boasts some of the finest fish restaurants.
Antigua - you will see first hand how a traditional windmill works. You can visit the craft shops there. In Tefia you can visit the museum. For TAPAS go to Villaverde.
Further details
The shops are a few min walk from the apartment. The town centre is about a 8 min walk. We have plenty of banks in Corralejo. Also lots of good restaurants. All are within walking distance. The New Comercial Centre El Campinario has now opened and has shops, supermarket and a restaurant in it.
It holds a Craft Fair every Sunday. It is about a 4 min walk from Casa Spice.
